microMACRO scripts do?

script I can do what I do on the computer?

For example: To change passwords? email?

To change passwords for what, exactly? That depends very specifically on the software and version.

To email, you could do that. You'd want to setup an SMTP server on your machine, then you could just use MicroMacro to interface with it. That would be the easiest way.
