wich lua IDE /debuger are U using?
Decoda, Luaeclipse and Dford Luacoding seems to be the best, but they are commercial and I dont know where to get those for free.

Notepad++ is all I use for Lua, PHP, CSS, JS, and any other scripted languages you can think of.

Im using TextWrangler.
You can give it a try but I dont know if it will fit your needs as I only use it for basic lua editing.
Its available on the Mac Appstore for free.
