Can any1 help me with a scrit to Accept daily quest "peace in the camp" and when its comeplet to go and finish and after accept it again

i install and i recive an error i cannot take pics

its like this TortoiseProc.exe -Application Error

The application was unable to strat correctly (0xc000007b). Click ok to close the application

its a windows problem or i have to do anything else ?!

i download today from http://www.solarstrike.net/rombot but i cant find that devtool inside ... it there anything else i have to download??

i get this error can some1 tell me what can i do "i cant find rom/devtool ...." and i dont know what can i do ...!?
