This small waypoint is about the quest you can accept at Witch Daila in Logar near the Alchemy Merchant.

Additionally it might be possible to modify this waypoint to get the 5 available Titles for killing 100 frogs as long as the related buff is and stays active.
I try to set up waypoints for some other minigames of this Event, too so that's the reason why this WP starts and ends up in varanas. That eases the chaining of several other waypoints.
