No many of us use win64 without any problems.
The error says there is something wrong with your ingame keyboard settings.

I have windows 64bit and works prfect.

If you check your MM window you can see error and how to fix it.

Go to MM/script/rom/settings.xml and check if there is

else go in game press ESC/Key Bindings and check your hotkeys for move.

This has absolutely nothing to do with your OS being 64 bit.

Read the error message (it is there for a reason) and do what it tells you.
